Follow these steps each day.


  •  Protein at every meal

Each meal should include a protein source.  it can be an animal meat such as beef, chicken, turkey, fish, kangaroo or venison.  Also whey protein, brown rice or pea protein powder and eggs are great choices.


  •  Include your all you can eat carbs in every meal

This list are the carbs you can go to town and fill up on.  Add as much as you want and get variety to your meals.

Asparagus, bean sprouts, capsicum, bok choy, broccoli, brusel spouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, gren beans, kale, leek, lettuce, mushroom, onion, radish, snow peas, spinach, tomato, zucchini and watercress.


  •  Drink 3L of water

Clean, filtered water is a must for your body.  It flushes toxins, hydrates your mush needed cells for multiple purposes.

You know you should be drinking more water, but you probably struggle.  I recommend you have a BPA free water bottle on you the whole day so it becomes a habit for you to easily sip on.


  •  Carbs eaten Post training

Use your starchy carbs and carb powders if you use them for post training.

Yes, there are other times in the day that you can eat carbs, but the rule of thumb to at least start from, is to have them after your weight training.


  •  Sleep 7-9 QUALITY hours

Stirring, waking and flicking through your Facebook in the middle of night will damage and slow your fat loss.

Let your body rest, recover and catch the much needed Zzzz so you can dominate another day.


  • 1x Greens Drink

A green drink such as Phytologic, Vital Greens or Wellness Greens are chock full of nutrients you should be feeding your body.

Its easy, effective and get the job done.  Got to love that.


  • Zero processed foods

Getting lazy and slackening off to processed foods is just not going to give you OPTIMAL results.
